After 9+ years as a software engineer building scalable systems and leading engineering teams, I identified a critical gap: many great businesses were held back by poorly crafted web pages that convert, poor branding, or ineffective digital marketing strategies.
I realized that with the right digital partner, these businesses could be unstoppable, and that realization became Uptouch Media Labs.
We began with just me, in my home office, a laptop, and ambitious ideas. I offered design and tech support to local businesses, friends, and friends of friends, building websites, advising on digital strategy, and helping them leverage technology for growth.
